Robert graduated from Upsala College with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Economics and worked during the years that followed with distinguished firms such as Pacific Mutual Life Insurance Company, Price Waterhouse, The Irvine Company, Pacific First Bank of Seattle and Donahue Schriber Development.

Robert is a fully licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California and a non-practicing Certified Public Accountant in the States of California and New York.

Robert moved into commercial real estate as a Senior Asset Manager with Pacific Life Real Estate Investments where he managed a national portfolio of properties valued at over two hundred and fifty million dollars.  Robert negotiated the legal and economic aspects of all lease transactions (direct new, renewal and subleases), maintained tenant relations, performed property valuations, expense pass-through analysis, annual budgeting and capital renovations, all while supervising teams of brokers, property managers and attorneys across the United States.  

Having formed U.S. Realty Group, Inc. in 1997,  Robert uses his store of knowledge obtained through working the “landlord side of the fence" to exclusively represent clients in their real estate negotiations. Robert uses the insight and experience gained to create an added leverage and strength in the tenant’s negotiating position, assisting his clients to maximize value and benefits in all of their real estate transactions.  Robert has been involved in hundreds, if not thousands, of transactions over the years.  Leases, Purchases, Sales and many, many other sorts of real estate deals and ventures.

Robert has conducted transactions with well known firms such as Xerox (160,000 square feet), Ford Motor Credit (60,000 square feet), Canon (50,000 square feet), GMAC (120,000 square feet), Super Foods (600,000 square feet), Connecticut Mutual (111,000 square feet) and Metropolitan Life (35,000 square feet).
